Measures that are not directly related to any Sabentis module or entity can be included in the “most flexible” button of Standalone Measures Management. Good traceability of measures is part of a well-designed prevention software.
In prevention, the term “Measure,” whether preventive or corrective, is used to refer to actions or procedures. When it is necessary to register and manage measures that are standalone, that is, those not directly related to any Sabentis module or entity , this can be done using the ” Manage Standalone Measures” button. The term “measure” is included to maintain industry terminology and avoid confusion.
The most flexible button
This button allows you to register these standalone measures as actions to be carried out within the company. Measures can be created for any type of location. In the standalone measures form, the user can specify the measure details, costs, and scheduling. This flexibility aligns with technological solutions for occupational health and safety.
Each measure with its responsible party
Following the platform’s structure, all measures will have assigned responsibilities, depending on the chosen planning approach. The platform will send informational notifications regarding the assignment of measures and periodic notifications alerting the responsible person to their obligation to manage them. Assigning responsibilities strengthens monitoring, which is also crucial in more dynamic safety inspections.
Furthermore, the comprehensive plan of measures list will include all the measures that have been created, allowing you to manage them and filter them by status according to the user’s preference.
